Ages 12-14: 6:30pm-7:30pm
Ages 14-16: 7:30pm-8:30pm

First day of training will be August 7th. Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday. Sessions are 60 minutes and include our signature Active Dynamic Warm-up, speed/agility mechanics and drills, explosive power and strength training, and total conditioning. Last training session will be September 2nd, then we will go into the evaluation that following Thursday.
Prices are $45 per session per athlete. Sessions must be purchased in a 8-session package for a total of $360. 2 free evaluations are included in this package alongside gaining access to unlimited Parisi group classes for the duration of the camp.
